I'm looking for a source for a 3/32'' and a 1/8'' open end or combination wrench. It should have a small head and be heat treated. I've seen people at shows using them but I'm not sure weather or not they had made it themselves. I have some crappy ones from micro mart and they aren't worth a hoot.
McMaster Carr has combo wrenches down to 1/8 inch

    You can try this place.
Or you can do like I do, cut the heads off socket head screws and machine the threads off socket set screws and silver solder them to a piece of drill rod. You can make them as fancy as you want or just utilitary.

I never gave that idea any thought. That sure sounds like a winner to me! I have the set you linked to. Not too great LOL. I may be able to get a guy I know to lazer one out but I'm not sure of the accuracy he will get since its for large scale plate work. Thanks, Steve

If You have endmills in the sizes You need or smaller it would be simple to make openend wrenchs! Make them out of say 1/8 in. A1 or O1 toolsteel cut and/or grind to the shape you want, mill the opening and heat treet. If You are verry carefull You could even cut the opening with a cutoff wheel on a dreml type tool!
I am pretty sure Craftsman has small combo wrenches at a good price, I have a set of mm Combo set down to 4mm, real nice.

What you want is an ignition wrench set. I've got an old (15+ years) set of Craftsman wrenches. They're combo wrenches, and IIRC, from 5/32 to 7/16, 10 wrenches in the set. They've served me well through the years.
