    I just ordered a VFD for my mill.
    I hope in a couple weeks to have it running.

    Great modification! You will no doubt enjoy having it.

    VFD arrived today, but I will not start to install it until next week.
    I have been invited to hunt this weekend (last weekend of the year)

    I wired my mill (VFD) and test ran.
    The motor is very quite, I can not here it run.
    made some test cuts, very smooth but I have to make some adjustments (cuts lower on my right side.)
    I will post pictures tomorrow.

    Very cool. What type of projects do you have planned for the newly converted mill.

    I am making a set of soft jaws for my vice. I just have to cut to length.
