    is anyone in the group running mach 3 to bulid parts i just got fininshed buliding one basicly its a 3 axis mill convetrd harbor freight minimill i will be adding a 4th axis to help me with the j 8 cam and a spare crank if i can firgure out programing ....jay

    I have used Mach 3 to make many of the parts for the V8 project. For the cam, you could make the cam manually faster than you could write the code. Most likely the crank is the same way.

    I did alot of the block, heads, front and rear cover, valve covers, oil pan, ect. It comes in real handy but there are some things that are just easier to do manually.

    wow steve i have a lot to learn and would love to learn mach 3 and david i have some pics and a small video of a octogon i was machineing i will e mail them to you ....jay
