    If anyone has built or is int he process of building the Howell 4 Cylinder engine, please let me know. I have a few (actually many) questions. There are two parts in particular that are a little confusing especially the oil galley. The block itself is a real challenge. David Howell is no longer stocking the intake and exhaust manifolds so if anyone made on out of bar stock, would you share your knowledge.

    I have a CNC mill and a 12" SB lathe. Also I redraw the original drawings in AutoCAD. This really helps me learn how the part is made and it also double checks dimensions.

    Sorry Ernie, I have the drawings around here somewhere but have not started building it yet.

    I thought the Intake was machined as part of the block.
