Designed to be the "First Engine" for the novice. A heavy, robust engine that delivers usable power at low speed. Standard drills, reams, taps, nuts and bolts are used. Cast, Silicon Bronze Flywheels, heavier than Cast Iron. Taper mounted flywheels to eliminate keyways, keys and setscrews. Ball Bearing mounted, one piece crankshaft. Oversize exhaust valve. Adjustable fly ball governor. Camshaft gear hub machined to be exhaust valve cam.
CASTING KIT INCLUDES: Four Almag Aluminum castings include Frame, Cylinder and 2 bearing caps. Four Almag Aluminum castings include Frame, Cylinder and 2 bearing caps. Two cast Silicon Bronze flywheels with raised letters 'EAGLE ENGINE CO. USA' 14 Sheets of 11X17, Ink on Bond drawings. 14 typewritten sheets of construction suggestions.
