This is a 1/4 scale of a 1912 3-hp Nova 1
1/4" bore and 1 1/2" stroke. Castings by Pacific Model Design. This is
a hit & miss spark plug engine, is fairly easy to build, and is a real
good running engine. It runs on gas and uses the buzz coil circuit
board that Jerry Howell has. If you look over at the engine and it is
stopped you can bet it is out of fuel as that is the only time it seems
to quit. I built this engine in a little over a week at eight hours a
day. Built and ran in 2000. I build these engines to run at a show all
day long.
