Sandhurst was machined from a set of old, rusty and long ago discontinued Stuart Turner castings. The bore is 2" with a 3" stroke. The flywheel is 1-3/8" thick by 9" diameter. I made my own design radiator, centrifugal water pump, fan, 2-jet pumping throttle carburetor, spherical muffler, belt driven ignition generator, TIM-6 transistor ignition system with Hall effect pick up, and oak truck. The engine was first run in 1997.
Jerry sells plans and hard to find parts for a number of different sterling cycle engines and internal combustion engines from the simple to complex http://www.jerry-howell.com/ .
