Super charger for V8

Here are some more pics of my supercharger parts. The overall length is 2 1/2", and it will be a bit longer with the endplates mounted. The bearings in the pictures are 1/2" OD, 3/16" ID, and are good to 52k rpm. The gears are boston gear G167 with a .500 pitch dia. I thought I was getting steel, but I recieved brass. They should do just fine. I plan on making the driveshafts, installing them into the rotors, and keying the gears and shafts with .078" dia. round keys. I am going to make some soft jaws for the mill vice with the assembled gear profile cut into them, then I'll put the gears meshing together in the jaws and make the left side gear's key at 12 o'clock, and the right side gear's key at 3 o'clock. This will align the rotors in assembly.
