Howell V2,  1.00 bore X 1.25 stroke      12/12/2011

I have attached a few photos of the Howell V2 that I am building.  Most of the major components with the exception of the valve gear case are complete.  I previously built two of Dale Detrich's engines.  The Howell has been a challenge for me but it is a good learning experience as well.  The engine is a 90 degree V twin with a 1" bore and a 1 1/4" stroke.  I hope to have it completed by Spring.  This engine has made me a firm believer in the value of good jigs and fixtures.
